Flexible Hours: 

Weekdays – anytime from 3:30 – 8:30pm 
Weekends – (weekdays only)
 
Costs: (for one weekly one-to-one lessons)      – $40 per half-hour (recommended for kids under 15)
                                                                                – $70 per hour                                                                               
 Payment: – pay for the TERM –  Payment method: – by cash, cheque, or online banking – no EFTPOS.
 
 I have 2 drum-sets permanently set up in my studio for teaching, one for the student to play on and one for me to demonstrate on, so that you get more playing time, and learn more. 
 
Experienced and resourceful to give advise and help with NZ Schools NCEA performance requirements and standards 

Learn how to read drum music, drumming techniques, and the essential Drum Rudiments.

Learn to play the following genres/styles:
Jazz – from Dixieland to Bebop to Fusion. Latin Jazz – from Bossa Nova to Naningo to Batucada. 
Reggae, Rock, Hip-Hop, Funk, Dubstep, Drum ‘n Bass, & more.

Learn how to play songs from classic and contemporary rock bands like:
Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, The Killers, The Beatles, Foo Fighters, Metallica, Nirvana, Tool, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against the Machine, Green Day, Muse, Coldplay, Paramore, & more.

Learn other popular songs by: Adele, Beyonce, Jessie J, Katie Perry, Lady Gaga, The Black Eyed Peas, 
The Gorillaz, Outkast, The Roots, Maroon 5, Incubus, The Pretenders, Panic at the Disco, & more
